Warranty period moddern

1. When does the warranty start?

The purchase date serves as the start date of the warranty period and applies exclusively to the original buyer. When reselling the moddern kamado, the warranty period on all parts expires.

The buyer must register the product via the website (www.moddern.eu) as soon as possible to activate the warranty period. If this is not possible via the website, please send an email to [email protected].

Material or manufacturing defects (within the warranty period) must be reported immediately upon discovery via [email protected], stating the name, contact information, and purchase date (the purchase receipt may be requested).

2. What is not covered by the warranty?

If damage occurs to the product resulting from misuse or use in a manner other than intended, the overall warranty is void. Damage resulting from improper use, incorrect installation or maintenance, natural disasters, or transportation is also not covered by the warranty. Normal wear and tear, usage marks, and natural influences are also excluded from the warranty.

Note: warranty does not apply to scratches, dents, and other (cosmetic) imperfections in the ceramic that do not affect the operation of the moddern kamado.

Each moddern kamado is handmade and made from the natural product ceramic. As a result, each moddern kamado may (slightly) differ from a replacement or new product in color and texture. Each moddern kamado is unique.
